Refund and Returns Policy

At Real Canadian Supplements, we are committed to delivering authentic, safe, and high-quality nutrition products. Because supplements are consumable items, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we understand that rare, unexpected situations can occur. For this reason, we allow returns or exchanges only in legitimate health-related cases. Outside of these conditions, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange (Health-Related Cases Only)

We will consider a return or exchange only if:

  • You experienced a health issue, allergic reaction, or adverse response that may reasonably be connected to the product.
  • You notify us within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product is not heavily used (generally less than 20–25% used).
  • You provide proof of purchase and a short explanation of the issue.
  • In some cases, a doctor’s note or additional details may be requested.

This policy is in place to ensure customer safety while maintaining product integrity.

Strictly Non-Eligible for Return or Exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following situations:

  • You changed your mind
  • You do not like the flavour or texture
  • You purchased the wrong product
  • You found a better price elsewhere
  • You consumed most or all of the product
  • You had no health-related concerns
  • You opened the product without cause
  • Damage caused after purchase (heat, misuse, storage issues)

Returns or Exchanges on Discounted / Offer-Period Products

All products purchased during:

  • Sales events
  • Promotional offers
  • Black Friday / Boxing Day / Holiday deals
  • Buy 1 Get 1 / Mix & Match deals
  • Seasonal or clearance discounts are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the situation.

These items are final sale.

No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
If your request is approved (health-related cases only), you may choose:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value, OR
  • Store credit valid for 30 days

Cash, debit, or credit card refunds will not be issued.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange an exchange or store credit depending on the situation. Damage caused after purchase (heat exposure, accidental drops, improper storage) is not eligible.
